Runnett & Co has its office base in St Clears, Carmarthenshire in the centre of the SA postcode area. Because we specialise in property and land work we are able to cover a much wider geographical area than a traditional solicitors firm. So we provide services throughout the SA postcode area including Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, and Ceredigion and also in the Swansea area. We pride ourselves on our local knowledge of property issues and on the quality of service we provide to a wide range of clients.

Conveyancing Plus is our high quality conveyancing service for people purchasing, selling or re-mortgaging their property. Our specialist housing and property solicitor will handle your case personally and take you through each stage of your transaction. We keep you fully up-to-date with progress by e-mail or phone and we will ring you in the early evening or on Saturdays if this is more convenient. We will also check and chase the progress being made by estate agents and lenders on your behalf to achieve a “fast track” for your transaction wherever possible.

Outside of the SA Postcode Area

Runnett & Co specialises in legal services for property and land throughout Wales and we are able to act for any clients resident in the UK who are buying, selling or re-mortgaging in Wales. We also provide a service for our Premier clients who are buying, selling or re-mortgaging in any region of England. We are unable to offer conveyancing services for properties situated in Scotland, Northern Ireland or outside of the UK.
